Replacements are the same garment, its current version, or the closest equivalent if discontinued. Custom team apparel uses the team's current approved design whenever possible. One approved replacement per original garment. All claims are reviewed by SPORTKRAFT.

Crash Replacement questions
What is SPORTKRAFT Crash Replacement?
Support for eligible apparel damaged during a genuine athletic crash or sporting incident. Approved claims within 30 days of purchase may qualify for a free replacement. Approved claims from 31 days through 12 months may qualify for 50% off an eligible replacement garment.
Is my claim automatically approved?
No. All claims are reviewed by SPORTKRAFT before a replacement benefit is issued.
What do I need to submit?
Your order information, details about the incident, and clear photographs of the damaged garment.
Does normal wear qualify?
No. Normal wear, improper care, fading, pilling, loss, theft, and intentional damage are not covered.
What about manufacturing defects?
Manufacturing defects are handled separately under SPORTKRAFT's warranty and quality process.
Can custom team apparel be replaced?
Yes, if approved. Whenever possible, the replacement uses the team's current approved artwork and the current product version.
How many replacements can I receive?
Crash Replacement is limited to one approved replacement per original garment.
