• Inquiries and project forms — Start Your Build, Prototype Development, test kit, sponsorship, partner, sales rep and crash replacement forms. This can include your name, email, phone, team or organization, sport, quantities, timelines, product preferences and messages.
• Artwork and photos — logos, design files and photos you upload (for example with a crash replacement claim). These are stored privately and viewed only by our team.
• Accounts — if you create a customer account, your email and sign-in details, plus the quotes and projects shared with you.
• Team store orders — name, email, team, sizes, products, personalization such as names or numbers, and a shipping address when the store offers shipping.
• Chat assistant — questions you type into the AI assistant are processed to generate an answer. Your chat transcript is only sent to our team if you choose to include it when you leave a message.
• Usage information — basic, aggregated visit information such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and country, used to understand how the site is used.

• To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and develop designs and prototypes with you.
• To process, produce and deliver orders, and to handle crash replacement claims.
• To send confirmations and project updates related to your request.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse, and to improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted providers to run the site and our operations. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Website hosting, database, file storage and account sign-in.
• Email delivery for confirmations and internal alerts.
• Team messaging (Slack) and WhatsApp, used to alert our staff about new inquiries and orders.
• An AI service that generates chat assistant answers from our approved content.
• Instagram, whose embedded posts appear on some pages, and Google Fonts and Google Maps links.

We use your browser's local storage to remember small preferences, such as whether you've already seen the intro animation or closed a pop-up, and to keep you signed in to an account. Embedded Instagram posts may set their own cookies under Instagram's policies. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep inquiry, project and order records for as long as needed to serve you, support reorders and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can stop receiving non-essential emails at any time.
• You can clear your browser storage or block cookies in your browser settings.
