Shipping Policy

Production time starts once your final design and sizing are approved. Custom production is typically estimated at 6–8 weeks from approval. Your project's timeline is confirmed with you before production, and it can vary by product, specification and order size.

Shipping time is the transit time after your order leaves production. It is separate from, and in addition to, production time.

Shipping costs, when they apply, are shown on your quote or confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

When tracking is available for your shipment, we'll share it with you once your order ships.

Team store orders are usually produced together once the store's ordering window closes. Depending on how your team's store is set up, orders are shipped to individual addresses or delivered together to the team for distribution. The store page shows which option applies.

Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before shipment, but can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
